An ingredient that can be relished in the raw form too – try serving it as a starter just sprinkled with a little chaat masala, black salt and chilli powder!

Ingredients for Paneer Pethe Ke Laddoo Recipe

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 250 grams

  • Petha (sweet) canned 8-10 pieces

  • Green cardamom powder a pinch

  • Chocolate chips 2-3 tablespoons

  • White chocolate melted 1 cup


Step 1

Mash paneer in a parat. Grate petha pieces into it. Add green cardamom powder, choco chips and mix well.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos. Place them on a plate and refrigerate them for an hour.

Step 3

Coat the laddoos with white chocolate and place them on a serving plate. Refrigerate till the chocolate sets.Serve chilled.
