Ingredients for Panchamrutham Recipe

  • Ripe Bananas 6

  • Grapes seedless 1/2 cup

  • Dates 1/2 cup

  • Honey 3/4 cup

  • Sugar 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar crystals (khadi sakhar) 1/2 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

  • Raisins 2 tablespoons

  • Cashewnuts 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Peel the bananas, chop finely and mash gently. Wash and add seedless grapes and mash gently. Remove seed from dates, cut into quarters and mix well. Add honey, sugar crystals, sugar, green cardamom powder, cashew nuts, and kishmish and mix well. Serve as prasad.
