Ingredients list for Panchamrutham

  • 6 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Grapes seedless
  • 1/2 cup Dates
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar crystals (khadi sakhar)
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons Cashewnuts

Method

  1. Peel the bananas, chop finely and mash gently. Wash and add seedless grapes and mash gently. Remove seed from dates, cut into quarters and mix well. Add honey, sugar crystals, sugar, green cardamom powder, cashew nuts, and kishmish and mix well. Serve as prasad.
