Motichoor Muffin A different muffin – motichoor laddoo topped with chocolate cream and khoya mixture and set. This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Dec 2015 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Motichoor laddoos, Khoya/mawa Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Motichoor Muffin 2 Motichoor laddoos 1 cup Khoya/mawa crumbled 1/2 cup Sugar 50 grams Dark chocolate broken 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder as required Pistachios blanched, peeled and sliced 1/4 cup Fresh cream Method Heat 2 non-stick pans. Put khoya in one pan, add sugar and cook till both melt and blend well. In the 2nd pan put broken dark chocolate and melt stirring continuously. Add cardamom powder to khoya and mix. Put a few pistachios in each silicon mould. Halve the motichoor laddoos and put one half in each silicon mould and press well to level the surface. Add cream to the melted chocolate and mix well. Pour the chocolate mixture over the laddoos in the moulds leaving a little space above. Keep them in the refrigerator to set. Once set bring the moulds out of the refrigerator and top with khoya mixture. Keep them back in the refrigerator to set. Alternately you can first pour the chocolate mixture in the moulds. Place half a motichoor laddoo and set. Then put khoya mixture and set. Serve chilled.
