Moong Moth Ka Anokha Salad Recipe - How to make Moong Moth Ka Anokha Salad

  • Moong sprouts 1/2 cup

  • Moth sprouts 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Green chilli finely chopped1

  • Orange 1/2 medium

  • Onion sliced1 medium

  • Apple sliced1/2 medium

  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Green capsicums 2 medium

  • Cucumber 1 medium

  • Tomatoes 2 medium


Step 1

Place the moong and moth sprouts in two separate bowls. Add salt and quarter cup of water to each bowl and keep them in the microwave for two minutes.

Step 2

Drain and put them in a deep bowl. Add the green chilli. Quarter the orange, remove the skin, pith and seeds and cut into small cubes. Add the onion, apple, orange and salt to the bowl and mix. Add chaat masala and lemon juice and mix.

Step 3

Using a peeler slice off thin slices of the capsicums, cucumber and tomatoes. Mix these well and place them in a layer on a serving platter.

Step 4

Arrange the sprouts mixture over this layer and serve.
