Mango pulp, Ripe mango

  • Mango pulp
    1 cup
  • Ripe mango peeled and cut into small pieces
  • Fresh cream
    1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon
  • Green cardamom powder
    a pinch
  • Whipped cream
    for garnish


Step 1

Mix together, mango pulp, fresh cream, powdered sugar, green cardamom powder in a bowl.

Step 2

Keep aside a few pieces for garnishing, transfer the remaining mango pieces into a tall glass.

Step 3

Pour the mango-cream over it.

Step 4

Garnish with whipped cream and the remaining mango pieces and serve chilled.
