Ingredients list for Kiwi Vanilla Lassi

  • 2 medium Kiwi peeled
  • 3 cups Yogurt whisked
  • 2-3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • as required Ice cubes crushed

Method

  1. Cut thin slices of half a kiwi and cube the rest.
    Combine kiwi cubes, yogurt and sugar in a blender and blend at high speed till smooth.
  2. Add vanilla ice cream and ice and blend again for a minute.
    Pour lassi into tall glasses and serve garnished with kiwi slices.
