  • Green peas boiled1 cup

  • Fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped1 cup

  • Mint leaves roughly chopped1/2 cup

  • Garlic 2-3 cloves

  • Ginger roughly chopped1/2 inch piece

  • Green chilli chopped1

  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste

  • Sugar 1/4 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Drain the green peas and grind with coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, ginger and green chillies to a smooth paste with a little water if required.

Step 2

Add the black salt and sugar and blend once again.

Step 3

Transfer the chutney into a bowl and mix in the lemon juice. Serve.
