  • Potatoes boiled and peeled7-8 medium

  • Ghee 3-4 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns ground 4-5

  • Green chilli chopped 1

  • Fresh cream 3 tablespoons

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon


Step 1

In a bowl mash the potatoes, while they are still hot, to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Add ghee, salt, freshly ground peppercorns, green chilli and fresh cream.

Step 3

Whisk with a fork until it gets a creamy texture.

Step 4

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve warm.
