Ingredients list for Sugarcane Panakam (Udipi)
- 4 cups Sugarcane juice
 - 3 teaspoons Jaggery (gur) grated
 - 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
 - 1/4 teaspoons Green cardamom powder
 - 2 teaspoons Dried ginger powder (soonth)
 
Method
- Heat sugarcane juice in a non-stick pan with three cups of water and jaggery. Bring this mixture to a boil and boil it for ten minutes.
 - Add green cardamom powder and ginger powder mix well and remove from heat.
 - Add lemon juice and mix. Let it cool down to room temperature and then refrigerate it.
 - Serve chilled.
