Ingredients for Sour and Spicy Corn Salad Recipe

  • American sweet corn boiled 1 cup

  • Butter 1 teaspoon

  • Cucumber chopped 1 medium

  • Tomato chopped 1 medium

  • Few coriander leaves chopped

  • Green chilli chopped 1

  • Chaat masala 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Heat butter in a non stick pan, saute the corn for a minute. Remove in a bowl and allow it to cool.

Step 2

Add cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli, chaat masala, salt, vinegar, lemon juice and red chilli powder. Mix well and serve
