Sindhi Pyazwali Bhindi Bhindi cooked with onion in Sindhi style This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ladyfingers (bhindi), Onion Cuisine Sindhi Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sindhi Pyazwali Bhindi 500 grams Ladyfingers (bhindi) 1 medium Onion 4 tablespoons Oil 1 inch Ginger to taste Salt 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 2 Green chillies 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder Method Cut lady’s fingers into thick roundels. Heat 3 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan, add lady’s fingers and mix well and saute on medium heat till done. Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan. Roughly chop onion and add to the 2nd pan and saute. Finely chop ginger and add to the 2nd pan and sauté for half a minute. Add salt to the 1st pan and mix well. Add tomatoes to the 2nd pan and mix well. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well. Cook till the tomatoes become soft. Roughly chop green chillies and add to the 2nd pan. Add red chilli powder and mix well. Add cooked lady’s fingers and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a serving plate and serve immediately.
