Ingredients list for Paneer and Apple Pudding
- 250 grams Cottage CHeese
- 1 medium Green Apples
- 1 tbsp + f butter
- 4 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- ¼ cup Orange juice
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Slice cottage cheese thinly. Quarter apple, remove seeds and slice thinly.
- Spread half the cottage cheese slices on the baking dish. Sprinkle 2 tsps sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, ½ tsp cardamom powder and ¼ tsp pepper powder. Top with a layer of apple slices.
- Sprinkle remaining sugar, remaining cinnamon powder, remaining pepper powder and remaining cardamom powder. Top with a layer of remaining cottage cheese slices.
- Put condensed milk, fresh cream and orange juice in a bowl and whisk well.
- Pour condensed milk mixture on the cottage cheese layer in the dish. Add 1 tbsp butter on top. Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm or chilled.
