Paneer Pethe Ke Laddoo

A favourite with the vegetarians, this product made from milk is quite common, especially in the Indian subcontinent. You can make it fresh, chhena – an another version or just use the ones that are readily available in the market to prepare everything from simple snacks, curries, sabzis, mithais, desserts and the likes. Paneer Pethe Ke Laddoo Recipe - How to make Paneer Pethe Ke Laddoo

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 250 grams

  • Petha (sweet) canned8-10 pieces

  • Green cardamom powder a pinch

  • Chocolate chips 2-3 tablespoons

  • White chocolate melted1 cup


Step 1

Mash paneer in a parat. Grate petha pieces into it. Add green cardamom powder, choco chips and mix well.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos. Place them on a plate and refrigerate them for an hour.

Step 3

Coat the laddoos with white chocolate and place them on a serving plate. Refrigerate till the chocolate sets.Serve chilled.
