Ingredients list for Gud aur Saunth Ke Goley
- 1 cup Jaggery chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Walnuts (akhrot) halved
- 1/2 teaspoon Fennel (saunf) powder
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Raisins
Method
- Place walnuts in a mortar and pound them with a pestle. Add jaggery and pound further for 7-8 minutes.
- Add fennel powder, green cardamom powder, dried ginger powder and raisins. Mix well and pound further for 1 minute.
- Make small balls of the mixture, transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
