Kidney beans Soaked overnight and boiled with salt
Soya bean Soaked and boiled with salt
Whole green grams (sabut moong) Soaked and boiled with salt
French beans Cut into ½ inch pieces and blanched
3 inch piece
Red chilli sauce
Mixed fruit jam
Place kidney beans, soya beans, moong beans and French beans in a bowl and mix well.
Roughly chop ginger, grind with a little water, pass through a muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice.
Add 1 tsp of ginger juice to the beans and mix well. Add red chilli sauce, mixed fruit jam, salt, vinegar and mix well.
Tear a few lettuce leaves and add. Mix well and transfer into a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
