Ingredients for Dry Fruit Shrikhand Recipe

  • Hung yogurt 1 cup

  • Almonds Chopped as required

  • Pistachios Chopped as required

  • Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons

  • saffron strands as required

  • Milk 2 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Combine yogurt, powdered sugar, saffron infused in milk, cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve chilled.
