Sliced button mushrooms sauteed in butter with garlic and flavoured with pinenuts and fresh herbs.

Remove the stem of the mushrooms and wash them thoroughly.
Slice them well. In a non stick pan, heat butter, sauté the garlic and onions till pink. Add the mushrooms and caramelize them. Add the pine nuts, fresh herbs, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve with toast.
