1 ½ kg carrots
1 kg tomatoes, roughly chopped
400 grams boneless chicken
150 gms dates
100 gms khoya/mawa
100 gms each split black gram with skin & split Bengal gram
25 gms each cashewnuts & almonds
1 small bottle mustard oil
1 packet lal deghi mirch powder
1 packet kasoori methi
1 small bottle honey
1 packet fresh cream
For faster preparation
Soak and pressure cook the dals. Marinate the chicken pieces. Prepare the gravy.
Prepare the halwa.
How to go about it
Place the chicken in the grill. Cook the dal and make the rotis. Then prepare the butter chicken. Just before serving, heat up the halwa.
