For patio make a smooth paste of green chilli. Soak the soya granules. Make the patio mixture by grinding soya granules, breadcrumbs and spices in a processor. Shape the mixture in equal portions and insert an ice cream stick.  Cut the vegetables for dhansaak, chop chillies, garlic and ginger. Wash and soak the lentils. Discard the edges of bread slices. Make the custard mixture ready.

How to go about it

Start with the custard by add the custard mixture to a baking dish then layering it with bread slices and pouring the remaining custard mixture on the bread slices. Bake in the oven until the custard is set. Then cook the vegetable dhansaak. Finally sear the chops and set aside. In the same pan make the bhuna masala to be served with the chops.
