Creamy mania

Menu: This one is of those white glazy dishes that grab an attention of one and all – cream used at its best to give some flavourful and unique dishes, yet easy to make. Try these creamy combinations like to begin with is a Cream Style Corn Espresso and make up a maincourse combo with Creamy Khoya Chawal and Soft Creamy Eggs with Prawns.

Shopping list

1 tin cream style sweet corn
1 medium green capsicum
1 medium red capsicum
1 medium yellow capsicum
1 bottle red chilli sauce
1 bottle soya sauce
1 bottle vinegar
1 medium iceberg lettuce
200 grams khoya
200 grams prawns
1 bunch spring onions

For faster preparation
Process the capsicums, spring onions, lettuce for the espresso. Sauté the nuts till light brown in the ghee for the rice preparation and retain the ghee. Peel and devein the prawns. Process the vegetables for the prawn preparation. Cook the rice. Marinate the prawns with salt, pepper and cornflour and cook till light brown.

How to go about it
Sauté onions, capsicums in a pan. Add sauces, creamy style sweet corn, spring onion greens, salt, iceberg lettuce and cook for a minute and pour in short glasses. Add sugar to the fried nuts and cook for a minute. Add dissolved saffron milk and khoya and mix well. Add rice to it and cook till done. Heat oil in pan, add spring onion greens and egg and cook till the egg is scrambled. Add prawns, capsicum and mix well.
