Don’t we all love to dig into a spicy, tangy and sweet combination that chaats usually offer? With recipes like Green Pea Tikki Chaat, Samosa Kadhi Chaat and Rasgulla Chaat, it’s easy to whip up a tasty, flavourful chaat plate within 30 minutes.
1 packet of frozen green peas
2 container of yogurt
2packet of sweet date and tamarind chutney
1 bunch of mint
1 small bunch of spinach
8 small samosas
1 small packet of dried red chillies
1 packet of sev
3 readymade rasogullas
1 small packet of ginger powder
1 small packet of mango powder
1 small packet of black salt
1 packet of sprouted brown gram
1 small packet of sev puris
1 small packet of salted peanuts
For faster preparation
For green peas tikki chaat, prepare the tikki and set aside. Deep fry the spinach and set aside. For samosa kadhi chaat, prepare the kadhi. For Rasgulla chaat prepare the sweet chutney and green chutney. Prepare the potatoes and sprouted gram mixture.
How to go about it
Assemble the green tikki chaat and garnish it with fried spinach leaves. Add the samosas to the kadhi and serve with green chutney, tamarind chutney and sev. Assemble the Rasgulla chaat.
