Ingredients list for lassi with honey

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • to taste Honey
  • as required Ice cubes
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Blend yogurt and sugar or honey in a mixer/ blender or churn it with a churner.
  2. For salted lassi, omit sugar and add salt and churn the yogurt.
  3. Add water to adjust the consistency and churn again .
  4. Serve chilled with ice in a tall glass.
