Refined flour (maida)
Black pepper powder
Red chilli powder
coriander leaves chopped
In a large bowl mix together zucchini, garlic paste, egg, flour, onions, salt , black pepper powder , red chilli powder and coriander leaves.
Mix until blended
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a non-stick pan , pour a laddleful of batter and cook until it turns brown on both the sides.
Drain the excess oil using an absorbant paper
