Yogurt Salad With Roasted Pepper

Skimmed milk yogurt, Salt

  • Skimmed milk yogurt
    3 cups
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Green chilli paste
    1/8 teaspoon
  • Sugar
    a pinch
  • Green capsicum
  • Cabbage shredded
    1/4 medium
  • Carrot shredded
    1 small
  • French beans
  • Green peas boiled
    1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber finely chopped
    1 small
  • Onion finely chopped
    1 small
  • Tomato finely chopped
    1 small


Step 1

Beat yogurt till smooth adding the salt, green chilli paste and sugar.

Step 2

Skewer capsicum and hold briefly on gas flame. Turn frequently so that it is roasted all around.

Step 3

Let cool and remove skin. Chop capsicum.

Step 4

Add all the prepared vegetables to the spiced yogurt and mix lightly. Serve chilled.
