Watermelon Salsa

Watermelon Salsa Recipe - How to make Watermelon Salsa

  • Watermelon peeled, seeded and chopped 2 cups

  • Tortilla chips 1 packet

  • Onion finely chopped1 large

  • Yellow capsicum chopped1/2

  • Pickled jalapeno peppers chopped2

  • Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped1/4 cup

  • Green chillies chopped2

  • Black peppercorns crushed1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Put watermelon, onion, yellow capsicum, jalapenos, coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and salt into a mixing bowl and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 2

Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
