Ingredients list for Watermelon And Cheese Skewers
- 1 medium Watermelon peeled, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 200 grams Processed Cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/4 bunch Fresh mint leaves torn
- 8-10 Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
Method
- In a bowl mix together lemon juice, mint leaves, peppercorns and red chilli flakes.
- Divide this marinade into two equal parts and marinate watermelon cubes and cheese cubes separately in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Take a toothpick and skewer a cube of watermelon followed by a cheese cube and another watermelon cube. Repeat this for rest of watermelon and cheese cubes. Serve chilled.
