Ingredients for Watermelon And Cheese Skewers Recipe

  • Watermelon peeled, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes 1 medium

  • Processed Cheese cut into 1-inch cubes 200 grams

  • Lemon juice 3 tablespoons

  • Fresh mint leaves torn 1/4 bunch

  • Black peppercorns crushed 8-10

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix together lemon juice, mint leaves, peppercorns and red chilli flakes.

Step 2

Divide this marinade into two equal parts and marinate watermelon cubes and cheese cubes separately in the refrigerator for one hour.

Step 3

Take a toothpick and skewer a cube of watermelon followed by a cheese cube and another watermelon cube. Repeat this for rest of watermelon and cheese cubes. Serve chilled.
