Veggy Prawns By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mixed vegetables, Prawns Cuisine Goan Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Veggy Prawns 1 cup Mixed vegetables chopped 250 grams Prawns shelled and deveined to taste Salt 1 tablespoons Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Oil 1 medium Onion , chopped 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 medium Tomato, chopped 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves, chopped Method Take prawns in a bowl. Add salt and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside for half an hour to marinate. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and saute till light brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato. Mix well and saute till tomatoes are soft. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix well and saute for a minute.Add mixed vegetables. Mix well and cook till they are soft, sprinkling water from time to time. Add marinated prawns, coriander leaves and one cup water. Mix well and cook for five minutes.
