Ingredients for Veggie Soya Noodles

  • Instant Noodles 2 packets

  • Soya granules soaked in milk 1 cup

  • Carrot peeled and diced 1 large

  • Tastemaker 2 packets

  • Salt to taste

  • Frozen green peas 1/2 cup

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Boil about three cups of water in a deep non-stick pan. Add carrots and cook till almost done.

Step 2

Add tastemaker and mix. Add instant noodles, adjust salt and mix gently. Add soya granules and mix.

Step 3

Add green peas and mix well. Add coriander leaves, mix well and cook till fully done. Serve hot.
