Cool, peel and grate them. Boil the vegetables. Drain and leave them aside. In a bowl take the potatoes and add onion and boiled vegetables. Add salt, red chilli powder and pomegranate seeds and mix well. Spread some of the mixture on one bread slice and cover with another slice.
