By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Babycorn Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Vegetable Pesto Rings 7-8 Cauliflower florets, finely chopped 3-4 Babycorn finely chopped 1 medium Carrot peeled and finely chopped 3-4 French beans stringed and finely chopped 3-4 Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 5-6 tablespoons Pesto sauce for deep-frying Oil 3-4 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder Method Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Put cauliflower, babycorn, carrot and French beans in a bowl and mix. Add potatoes, refined flour, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Add pesto sauce and mix again. Divide the mixture into equal portions, flatten and make a dent in the centre. Deep-fry the rings in the hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
