Ingredients for Veg Sandwich Recipe

  • Bread slices 6

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Green capsicum chopped 1

  • Tomato chopped 1 medium

  • Carrot grated 1 medium

  • Turmeric powder a pinch

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt teaspoon

  • Oil 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick pan. add onion and saute till translucent.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non stick pan. add onion and saute till translucent.

Step 3

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt toss well. Once the vegetables are cooked, spread them on bread slices and serve.
