By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Hung yogurt Cuisine Turkish Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Turkish Chicken Kababs 400 grams Boneless chicken leg, cut into 1 inch pieces ¼ cup Hung yogurt 2 tablespoons Olive oil 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1½ tablespoons Tomato ketchup 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon Cumin powder a pinch Cinnamon powder for shallow frying Oil Method Combine hung yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, tomato ketchup, garlic, salt, crushed peppercorns, chilli flakes, paprika, cumin powder and cinnamon powder in a bowl and whisk well. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Refrigerate to marinate for six to eight hours. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto satay sticks and set aside. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the skewers on the pan and shallow-fry on medium heat till both sides turn golden and the chicken is cooked.
