Ingredients list for Tomato Mozzarella Toasts
- 3/4 cup Sundried Tomatoes soaked
- 400 grams Mozzarella Cheese grated
- 1 French bread diagonally sliced
- 2 teaspoons Mixed herbs
- 12-15 Black peppercorns crushed
- to taste Salt
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC. Drain and then grind the sun-dried tomatoes to a fine paste using little water.
- Place the French bread slices in a greased baking tray. Spread the sun-dried tomato paste on one side of the toast. Place the grated mozzarella cheese on top of it.
- Sprinkle the herbs, crushed peppercorns and salt on top. Drizzle olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for five minutes or till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
