Ingredients list for Tiramisu

  • 12 slices Club soda
  • Kolkum Syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Unflavoured gelatine
  • 1 cup Thick cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Instant coffee powder
  • 3/4 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • Chocolate curls to decorate

  1. cut each slice of cake in half. Dissolve the gelatine in three tablespoons of hot water. Whip the cream with powdered sugar till stiff and set aside.
  2. Whip the egg yolks with sugar and one tablespoon of water in a double boiler, or in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, till the mixture forms thick ribbons.
  3. Set aside to cool.
