Mozzarella cheese, processed cheese and cottage cheese mixed together with spices to make this unique samosa.

  • Stuffing Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup
  • Processed cheese grated
    1/2 cup
  • Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
    1/2 cup
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Crushed red chillies
    1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
    3 tablespoons


Step 1

Grate mozzarella cheese into a bowl.

Step 2

Add grated processed cheese and grated paneer and mix lightly. Add salt, crushed red chillies and coriander leaves and mix.

Step 3

Take a samosa patti. Apply water on all sides lightly. Take a portion of the stuffing and press lightly. Place it on one side of the patti and roll into the shape of a samosa. Similarly make other samosas.

Step 4

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the samosas till lightly golden brown. Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Serve hot.
