French beans blanched and chopped
Red kidney beans (rajma) soaked overnight and boiled
White beans soaked overnight and boiled
Tuna fish (canned) flaked
12 for garnishing
English mustard paste
Black peppercorns crushed
In a bowl combine together French beans, kidney beans, white kidney beans, tuna and onion.
In another bowl mix together English mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, tomato puree, garlic, parsley, oregano and peppercorns. Pour this over the bean and tuna mixture.
Toss lightly and serve garnished with olives.
