Ingredients list for Three Bean And Tuna Salad
- 20-22 Tuna blanched and chopped
- 2 cup French Beans flaked
- 1/2 cup White beans soaked overnight and boiled
Method
- In a bowl combine together French beans, kidney beans, white kidney beans, tuna and onion.
- In another bowl mix together English mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, tomato puree, garlic, parsley, oregano and peppercorns. Pour this over the bean and tuna mixture.
- Toss lightly and serve garnished with olives.
