Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan and add garlic and sauté. Add sesame seeds and sauté till lightly browned. Add green chillies and mix well. Transfer into a mixer jar and grind. Heat 2 tbsps oil in another non-stick pan. Cut the chicken breasts at a slant into big pieces and add to pan. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well and cook for a while. When the moisture dries up add ground thecha and mix well. When the chicken gets cooked, add lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
