Ingredients for Tender Coconut Ice Cream Recipe

  • Tender coconut flesh (malai) chopped 1 cup

  • Chilled Milk 1 cup

  • Fresh cream chilled 1 cup

  • Milk powder 1 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1/2 cup


Step 1

Place the milk, fresh cream, milk powder, powdered sugar and tender coconut flesh in a blender jar and blend well.

Step 2

Pour into an ice cream container and freeze till well set.

Step 3

Scoop and serve.
