By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Mar 2019 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Hard boiled eggs, Onions Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Egg Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tariwali Egg Curry 4 Hard boiled eggs and peeled 2 medium Onions finely chopped 2 tablespoons Oil ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 3 medium Tomatoes pureed 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till brown. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste and sauté for ½ minute. Add tomato puree and salt and sauté till oil separates. Add sufficient water and eggs and cover and cook for 10 minutes.
