Tandoori Broccoli

Ingredients for Tandoori Broccoli

  • Broccoli separated into small florets,blanched 1 large

  • Hung yogurt 2 cups

  • Lemon grass stalk finely chopped 2

  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

  • Green chilli paste 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • White pepper powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Mace powder a pinch

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place yogurt, lemon grass, lemon juice, cream, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, white pepper powder, salt and mace powder and mix well.

Step 2

Add broccoli florets and mix well till the marinade coats the broccoli well. Set aside for twenty to twenty-five minutes.

Step 3

Grease a baking tray and arrange the broccoli on it. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes. Serve hot.

How to make Tandoori Broccoli

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place yogurt, lemon grass, lemon juice, cream, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, white pepper powder, salt and mace powder and mix well.

Step 2

Add broccoli florets and mix well till the marinade coats the broccoli well. Set aside for twenty to twenty-five minutes.

Step 3

Grease a baking tray and arrange the broccoli on it. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes. Serve hot.
