Ingredients list for Taak
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 Green chillies roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- to taste Salt
Method
- Take yogurt, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger in a blender and blend .
- Add four cups of water and mix well. Strain and add roasted cumin powder and salt. Mix well and place it in the refrigerator to chill. Serve chilled.
