Ingredients for Taak

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Green chillies roughly chopped 2

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Ginger roughly chopped 1/2 inch piece

  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Take yogurt, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger in a blender and blend .

Step 2

Add four cups of water and mix well. Strain and add roasted cumin powder and salt. Mix well and place it in the refrigerator to chill. Serve chilled.
