Sweetcorn Cakes Recipe - How to make Shallow fried corn pattice

  • Sweet corn kernels boiled2 cups

  • Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup

  • Milk 2 tablespoon

  • Egg 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Oil for shallow frying


Step 1

Grind half the corn kernels coarsely. Mix together ground corn kernels, remaining corn kernels, refined flour, milk, egg, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.
