Ingredients list for Suji Ke Meethe Puffs

  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 1 cup Refined Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut, scraped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Mix together semolina, refined flour, sugar, coconut. Add milk and mix well. Cover and keep aside for one hour.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai on medium heat. Stir the batter well and pour small ladlefuls into the medium hot oil.
  3. Do not overcrowd the kadai. Turn the balls a few times so that they get fried evenly golden.
  4. Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve.
