  • Milk solids (khoya)
    500 grams
  • Sugar Free
    10 tablespoons
  • Milk
    250 millilitres
  • Green cardamom powder
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Saffron (kesar)
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Pistachios, halved
    1/4 cup
  • Rose essence
    a few drops


Step 1

Add saffron in lukewarm milk and leave aside. Cook the khoya over medium heat until the mixture is smooth.

Step 2

Add milk in a slow trickle to khoya, stirring continuously and cook till milk is absorbed.

Step 3

Repeat the process till all the milk is used.
