Ingredients list for Sugar Free Mathura Ka Pedha
- 500 grams Milk solids (khoya)
- 10 tablespoons Sugar Free
- 250 millilitres Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Saffron (kesar)
- 1/4 cup Pistachios, halved
- a few drops Rose essence
Method
- Add saffron in lukewarm milk and leave aside. Cook the khoya over medium heat until the mixture is smooth.
- Add milk in a slow trickle to khoya, stirring continuously and cook till milk is absorbed.
- Repeat the process till all the milk is used.
