By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jun 2014 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Rotis , Tomato ketchup Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking High Others Veg Ingredients list for Stuffed Baked Roti 4 Rotis (left over) 4 teaspoons Tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons Chilli sauce 1 cup Potato bhaji (leftover) 3/4 cup Milk 1 cup Cheese,grated few stalks Spring onion greens, finely chopped Method Apply tomato ketchup on one side of the rotis. Then apply a little chilli sauce. Place a portion of potato bhaji in the center of each roti and roll. Preheat oven to 200 ˚C. Take a baking dish. Pour a little milk and sprinkle a little of the grated cheese and chopped spring onion greens. Place the roti rolls on it. Pour the remaining milk and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese.
