Strawberry Baked Yogurt

Strawberry Baked Yogurt Recipe - How to make Strawberry Baked Yogurt

  • Strawberry crush 2 tablespoons

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Fresh cream 5 tablespoons

  • Condensed milk 5 tablespoons

  • Mint for garnish a few sprigs


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk together yogurt, cream, condensed milk and strawberry crush in a bowl till well blended.

Step 2

Pour some water on a baking tray. Pour the prepared mixture into individual ramekin moulds and place the moulds on the baking tray.

Step 3

Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool to room temperature and refrigerate for an hour.

Step 4

Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
