By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Noodles, Spinach Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Spinach Noodles 300 grams Noodles 3 teaspoons Spinach 1 large Onion chopped 2 cups Spinach chopped 1/2 cup Yogurt 1/2 cup Cheese grated 1 teaspoon Lemon juice to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Nutmeg grated Method Cook the noodles in five cups boiling water for about ten minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water. Drain and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan, add onions and sauté till soft and translucent. Add spinach and continue to cook for two to three minutes. Add yogurt, cheese, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and nutmeg. Mix well and cook on low heat without boiling. Add the noodles and toss well. Serve immediately.
