Spinach Noodles  Recipe

Spinach Noodles

  • Noodles
    300 grams
  • Butter
    3 teaspoons
  • Onion chopped
    1 large
  • Spinach chopped
    2 cups
  • Yogurt
    1/2 cup
  • Cheese grated
    1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice
    1 teaspoon
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black pepper powder
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg grated
    1 teaspoon


Step 1

Cook the noodles in five cups boiling water for about ten minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water.

Step 2

Drain and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan, add onions and sauté till soft and translucent.

Step 3

Add spinach and continue to cook for two to three minutes.

Step 4

Add yogurt, cheese, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and nutmeg. Mix well and cook on low heat without boiling.

Step 5

Add the noodles and toss well. Serve immediately.
