By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mixed sprouts, Brown bread slices Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Sprouts Sandwich 1 cup Mixed sprouts boiled 8 Brown bread slices 1/2 cup Soya granules soaked and drained 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 Green chilli finely chopped 2 teaspoons Pav bhaji masala 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder to taste Salt Method Put mixed sprouts, soya granules, onion, green chilli, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Place a portion of the sprout mixture over four bread slices and spread. Cover with the remaining four slices. Heat a sandwich griller, place the sandwich on it and grill for four to five minutes. Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
