1. Mix cabbage, carrot, garlic yogurt sauce, tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce and mix.
2. Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat. Place one pita bread on the tawa at a time and let them heat through.
3. Place the heated pita breads on work top. Spread some mint mayonnaise all over each of them. Place a quarter of the above salad at one end of each bread. Sprinkle lettuce leaves and roll the pita bread tightly.
5. Halve the rolls diagonally and place on a serving bread. String a black olive half on a toothpick and prick it on one side of each pita roll.
6. Serve immediately.
