  • Cabbage grated
    6 tablespoons
  • Carrot grated
    6 tablespoons
  • Garlic yogurt sauce
    2 tablespoons
  • Tomato ketchup
    2 tablespoons
  • Red chilli sauce
    2 teaspoons
  • Mint mayonnaise
    4 tablespoons
  • Iceberg lettuce chopped
    4 leaves
  • Black olives halved

  • GARLIC YOGURT SAUCE
  • Garlic paste
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Thick yogurt
    2 tablespoons
  • MINT MAYONNAISE
  • Mayonnaise
    4 tablespoons
  • Mint chutney
    1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1


Mix cabbage, carrot, garlic yogurt sauce, tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce and mix.

Step 2


Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat. Place one pita bread on the tawa at a time and let them heat through.

Step 3


Place the heated pita breads on work top. Spread some mint mayonnaise all over each of them. Place a quarter of the above salad at one end of each bread. Sprinkle lettuce leaves and roll the pita bread tightly.

Step 4


Halve the rolls diagonally and place on a serving bread. String a black olive half on a toothpick and prick it on one side of each pita roll.

Step 5


Serve immediately.
