By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Walnut kernels, Pistachios Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 1.30-2 hour Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spiced Nuts - Diwali Special 2 cups Walnut kernels 1 cup Pistachios 1 cup Almonds 1 tablespoon Paprika 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Sugar Method Preheat oven to 50°C. Roast the nuts in the preheated oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes or till crunchy. Remove from oven and set aside. Melt the sugar in a non-stick pan with few drops of water till it turns golden. Add paprika and chilli powder and mix well. Add the roasted nuts and mix till well coated. Remove from heat and cool.
